Those who have not paid in full by this date will be removed from the roster.

Deposits: To hold your spot in the pageant, contestants will need to hold a state title or apply for an appointed title. Then they need to send a $75 deposit and a completed contestant information form and emcee form. Spots cannot be held unless we have all of the above listed. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are not an additional cost and are deducted from total owed. If paying in full, refunds will not be issued within 2 weeks of the pageant and the $75 deposit will not be refunded. If paying through PayPal, 4% PayPal fees will be added.

All contestants receive welcome swag bag with gifts and contestant party.

Photography Package:

Each contestant will be required to pay the national photographer for this package.
This will include one stage shot per event entered ………..Fee $10

 This must be paid to Carrie Abernathy directly as friends and family. Do not send to Southern Grace Pageants. Include contestant’s name and pageant entered. 


If you wish to purchase full photos taken of contestant, you can do so.
Upgrade to Full photo package for an additional fee.

Early Bird Special: $20 (+ mandatory $10), Day of Pageant: $30 (+ mandatory $10)

New payment plan options: To hold your spot in the pageant, you will need to send a $75 deposit and a completed contestant information form and emcee form. Once we receive all three, you can be set up on a payment plan. This will help pay in increments instead of one lump sum at the pageant deadline. Email director for information.
